Just the right location for my needs - room was clean - front desk staff let children take over the lobby
Room was clean - I was happy
Enjoyed the pool - breakfast attendant was rude
Close to I-77 - construction was underway during my stay - toilet wouldn't flush, so we had to change rooms in the middle of the night - housekeeping walked in on us at 8:30 AM, though checkout wasn't until 11 AM - a disappointing experience
Hotel was clean and non-smoking - comfortable bed with clean sheets - housekeeper knocked on my door at 9:30 and 10 AM, though checkout time wasn't until 11 AM; I felt like I was being rushed out - employees were pleasant
