AC worked well
Good rates - no coffee maker in the room - when we asked for coffee at the front desk, clerk said she hadn't made any yet, and made no effort to do so
Walk to stores and restaurants - affordable - clean room with a comfortable bed - had a bit of trouble with the Internet connection my 2nd day, but the problem was resolved in a timely manner - staff was friendly - quick check-in and checkout

Cheap and it showed - room smelled bad - there were cigarette ashes on the bedsheets - toilet didn't flush - bathtub didn't drain well
