Nice view - room was dirty, and didn't look like online photos - baseboards were coming off the wall - no curtains - bedding was stained, and the springs came through the mattress - there was a hole in the bathroom door - bathtub plug was broken - elevators didn't work most of the time - not enough luggage carts
