Hotel was well-maintained - staff was friendly - excellent stay
Close to the beach - old and dirty - room lock didn't work - coffee maker didn't work - disappointed
Great room with a beautiful view - staff was helpful and friendly - loved the lazy river - a perfect getaway
Located right on the beach - no handicap room available because 9 floors were closed for renovations - room had a coffee pot, but no coffee - hallway had just been painted; smelled bad, and walls were still sticky - needed more handicap parking, and parking spaces were narrow
Room needed better soundproofing, hard to sleep with all the noise - old bathtub and shower - check-in was slow
