Across the street from the beach - within walking distance of restaurants, stores, souvenir shops, and Family Kingdom Amusement Parks - excellent price - hotel was older, but in good shape; we were pleasantly surprised - room on 7th floor had a view of the ocean - kitchen could've used upgrading - bathroom could've used a fan, and bathtub needed upgrading - needed a 2nd elevator
Room wasn't clean enough - lots of noisy spring breakers - friendly front desk staff
