Entire hotel smelled like roach spray - non-smoking floor always had a hint of smoke in the air - saw roaches in the room - housekeeping never cleaned my room; check-in clerk said it would be cleaned every 3 days - friendly staff
Liked having a suite with separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen - no AC in the bedrooms
Convenient to Charleston - decor was drab

The Mainstay Suites Mt. Pleasant is located at the base of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge adjacent to Patriots Point. Property is within easy access of the historic district of downtown Charleston and the beaches. Historic plantations, Mt. Pleasant Town Center and the King Street shopping district are nearby. Limited housekeeping service.
