Room had poor lighting - bed was comfortable - no hangers in the closet - breakfast was just bagels - elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage down two floors - my car was covered in tree sap in the morning - avoid this one if you can
Quiet location - breakfast had a lot to offer - great accommodations
Good location - room had a full kitchen - breakfast room was small and crowded - appreciated the beach shuttle - great hotel
Room was comfortable, but didn't look as good as online photos - needed new carpeting and furniture - had a kitchenette - bathroom didn't have enough counter space - remodeling was underway in the lobby - we liked the hotel

The park lane hotel and suites is centrally located on beautiful hilton head island south carolina. Our wonderful beach is only 2 miles away and easily accessible by the pathway. We offer our guests queen king and queen-loft accommodations all of which include full sized kitchens with granite countertops refrigerator microwave stove/oven coffee maker all dinnerware and utensils. Many units also boast fireplaces and balconies that overlook the pool and wooded areas. Our property is just steps away from the islands over 20 miles of pathways and nature trails making it an ideal spot for bicycle enthusiasts and naturalists. Amenities include outdoor pool and jacuzzi lighted tennis courts basketball court and playground. All of our guests will enjoy high-speed wireless throughout the property. A deluxe continental breakfast is offered daily from 6.30am to 9.30am. Starbucks coffee is featured in our lobby 24 by 7.
