Staff was helpful
Overpriced - noisy, dirty place - bathtub needed cleaning; housekeeping said it would be taken care of, but it wasn't - don't recommend
Good value - some outlets didn't hold plugs well - fast WiFi - front desk staff was attentive
Staff was always kind, cheerful, and helpful - wonderful place to stay
Convenient location - reasonable price - hotel needed refurbishing - room was worn out and felt grimy - had a strong chlorine smell, holes in the wall, and the noise from trains woke us up every night - I scraped soap scum off the walls - housekeeping wasn't so nice, but front desk clerks were friendly and courteous
