Across the street from the Florence Civic Center - cot we requested was in the room when we arrived - problem with the TV was quickly taken care of - pool was too shallow - whirlpool was cold
Convenient and clean - room was well-furnished - friendly personnel - breakfast attendant had a bad attitude - good place to stay
Suite was nice and clean - layout felt like home - kitchenette was equipped with pots, plates, and more - had plenty of towels and washcloths - breakfast was nice - enjoyable stay, I wouldn't hesitate to return
Hotel was great, had comfortable beds - staff provided excellent service
Room had a bad view and was located right beside the noisy elevator room - front desk staff wasn't helpful and accomodating - staff indicated that 2PM was still too early to check-in and made us wait - breakfast was good
