Room had a fridge and microwave - took 3 calls and almost 6 hours to get a cot; employee who delivered it just shoved it in the door and grunted - not enough towels provided - I was a frustrated traveler
Room was clean and cool - good breakfast - I was pleased
Good location - needed updating - lobby smelled like cleaner - not pleased
I was initially told that no ground-floor room was available - there was a TV repairman in the 2nd-floor room I was given, so clerk put me in a ground-floor room as I'd requested from the beginning
Hard to secure the room door because the locks were loose - poor TV reception - bathroom door wouldn't shut - showerhead was broken, so I had to hold it with one hand and bathe with the other - there was dried toothpaste on the wall above the sink - I was an unhappy traveler
