Convenient downtown location - room was clean - no room service; I had to order food at the bar and take it to my room - staff was accommodating
No hair dryer in the room - nice employees
Good location - parking garage could only accommodate vehicles under 6 feet high, so I had to park outside and around the corner
Room had a coffee maker, but only one cup was provided; when I called the front desk about it, I was told to come down and get more cups - check-in clerk forgot to give me my breakfast vouchers; breakfast attendant made me feel like a criminal - had to pay for parking
Room desperately needed better soundproofing; I couldn't sleep because of street noise and noise from the room next door - shower was hard to turn on, and it looked like the handle would fall off - the hot breakfast was the highlight of my stay - an awful place
