Room was clean - decor was drab at best - I was able to check in early - employees were helpful and pleasant
Everything was bad - old, run-down place - room smelled musty - bedsheets were stained, and were only changed when I left the blanket on the floor - sink didn't drain - bathtub was dirty - good shower - no toilet paper - no housekeeping for several days - nice personnel - not a good experience at all
Room was in poor condition - didn't get fresh bedsheets and towels every day - manager didn't adequately address my complaints - not happy
Room was clean - had wireless Internet access - staff was helpful and friendly - complimentary coffee provided - the stairs were in the middle of the building, so it was a bit of a walk with my luggage - exceeded my expectations
Convenient location - building wasn't in the best shape
