Bathroom was uncomfortably small - computer was down when we arrived, so there was a long line to check in; clerk was rude - other employees were nice - good choices at the continental breakfast; there were dead bugs on the balcony - ice machine was empty - not enough parking - an awful experience

Cheap - room floor was wet, and staff didn't offer us another room - breakfast was good

Carpet was still wet from being shampooed - breakfast was adequate - could've been better

There was an inch of dust on every piece of furniture in the room - there was hair all over the bathtub and toilet - no hot water for showers - lobby ceiling had a leak; water dripped on me when I was dressed for a wedding - juice machine in the dining area didn't work - no working vending or ice machines - run away as fast as you can

Room had a beautiful view of the bridge and river - breakfast had a lot of selection - one elevator was out of service, so there was a traffic jam for the other one - needed more parking
