Willcox Hotel Aiken

Year built - 1898 year remodeled - 2002 additional property description - listed on the national register of historic places. The willcox offers suites and rooms. All accommodations are elegantly appointed with period antiques high ceilings with crown molding deep soaking tubs oversized towels sumptuous bathrobes featherbeds and pillows. All suites and most guest rooms have fireplaces. Though this is a historic romantic place each room has access to a high speed internet connection. The grand lobby of the willcox is all paneled in a rare curly heart-pine and flanked by twin stone fireplaces it is a wonderful place to congregate for drinks or dinner. An intimate spa as well as a landscaped pool area also accompany the property.
