Room was clean, had a comfortable bed - plenty of hot water for showers - good stay
Nice, spacious room - needed better vacuuming around the edges - bed and pillows were comfortable, had good linens - enjoyed the breakfast
Convenient location - room was clean, bright, and pleasant, but close to noisy stairway - front desk staff was friendly and helpful

We are a newly renovated and branded South Charlotte Hotel located across the Mecklenburg county line with a 7% tax versus 16.25%.
