Room was spacious - no dishes in the kitchen - disappointed that the pool wasn't open
Convenient to shopping and dining - rooms weren't clean enough - door in 1st room wouldn't lock - fridge in 2nd room was nasty - housekeeping didn't follow my instructions and did a poor job - front desk clerk tried to make my stay comfortable - disappointed
Convenient location - hotel was a dump - room had squashed bugs on the walls, and the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black
